The Secret's in the Sauce...

Ok, ok.  So maybe the secret's not IN the sauce but ON the label.  ;)

About a month ago, I prepared a spaghetti dinner especially for Matt.  Then I asked him if he could get the sauce out of the fridge...

Matt was a little perplexed at first.

 But then he got it!

I also made this tray of brownies for dessert, but being prego and all, I totally spaced taking a picture of it BEFORE I stuffed my face with it.  ;)

Louie's Wedding Day

My Aunt LuAnn got hitched on May 24th - same day as my Grandma/pa's wedding anniversay.  Shirece hosted a cute "Bachelorette Party" the night before.  And... being forgetful, I left my temple recommend in WX so I wasn't able to attend her sealing.  :(  But she had a nice dinner afterward at the Centerfield church.  All the nieces love Louie.  What are we going to do now that she's married?!?  Pictured are just some of her nieces, nieces-in-law, and great nieces.

MY Girls!

Before leaving Eagle Mountain, I was asked to accept a calling in the YW there.  I told them of our moving plans so they made arrangements to call another.  I still had this feeling that I would be in YW so when I moved to Woods Cross it wasn't much of a surprise when they called me to be Laurel Advisor.  I get to work with some pretty amazing young ladies.  We had a mother/daughter party just before Mothers Day and the girls had pictures taken with their moms.  Chelsea (the YW Pres) and I had to get a picture with our girls as well.  :)

Chelsea and Me

I have loved working with Chelsea.  We're both in the same stage of life right now and have lots in common.  She is quickly becoming one of those friends I think I'll have for the rest of my life.

Matty Mastered It!

On May 2nd, we got to watch Matt graduate at Kingsbury Hall on the University of Utah's campus.  Matt has worked super hard these last 20 months (5 semesters) to make it happen.  We're all super proud of him.

 Before the party

 Graduation Cupcake

We really aren't showing our true excitement in this picture.

 Now we are!

(And...  this boy graduated with a 4.0.)

 Finally!

And of course, Gavin had to jump too.

The Graduate 'n' Gavin

More of Matt's family and friends came to our house afterward for cake 'n' ice cream to celebrate his accomplishment.  It was a great day.
