Anxiety
From July 1 to today, I took on an extra load by taking two online college credit courses to keep my teaching degree. I enjoyed the learning, but my anxiety came back in full force.
After 4 years of being anxiety free, I started to notice some reoccurring ailments: insomnia, weak arms, burping (gross, but true), gastrointestinal issues, moodiness (poor Matt!), fatigue, and this was a new one: itchiness. I itched all over, for no apparent reason!
These classes were probably the final trigger that set the anxiety into motion - after a pretty stressful year of pregnancy sickness, cleft palate worries, and newborn baby fatigue.
I'm going to work on being healthy physically and mentally now, and in the future, when I need to take another class, I'm going to limit it to one!

Na na na na Na na na na BATMAN!
It was inevitable. Gavin is now into super heroes. I bought him a couple costumes I found at a yard sale and he wanted to try them on and take them off multiple times a day. It's died down some now (thank goodness), but he found the show Super Hero Squad cartoon on Netflix and so his obsession continues. BTW - whenever he convinces me to play super heroes with him, I'm always the bad guy; never his trusty sidekick.
