Will You Be My Valentine?

This year, Valentine's Day fell on a Sunday.  I told Gavin that we'd get to dress up for Valentine's Day when we went to church to which he responded, "Can I wear a bow?"  (meaning a bow tie).  So I rummaged through my fabric scraps and made him a fancy Valentine's Day "bow."  Matt bought his ladies flowers and I made the boys some chocolate dipped cinnamon bears.  Then I begged Matt to help me with another photo shoot.  We went to the dollar store and bought a couple props, pulled out my bright pink lipstick (that I never wear) and had a little fun with the camera.

 "I've got eyes for you!"

and China all in one stop?  The Treehouse Museum.  We've been taking advantage of our membership there and loving every minute of it!

Gavin makes his own bed these days and carefully displays every single one of his stuffed toys.
