On May 12th, Caitlyn got married to Marcello Platt. They had a nice little ceremony in Erda, Utah on Cello's grandmother's farm. Caitlyn asked if I would take pictures of the event. Before attempting the endeavor, I watched a couple of online tutorials and learned some new things about light and posing that I hadn't know before. These were just 2 of the two thousand I took! The happy couple will marry again once they schedule a temple date. Due to all the COVID-19 unknowns, they opted to marry civilly first.

I first met Cait when she was in the 4th grade. Matt and I would babysit for her parents (Matt's brother and wife) on occasion. She was a very responsible little girl that loved to dance, cook and be a mother to her younger siblings. She helped Matt propose to me by being the restaurant host at the "Anderson Cafe" (her parents house). I got to see her graduate from seminary, hear some of her dating stories, and she brought me Irish scones and visited with me when I had cancer... and now, through the lease of my camera, I got to watch her get married.
